So how on earth do not exercise really help the skin?
Well, one benefit of exercise that includes when you exercise you sweat, and this helps to push toxins to the surface of the skin. It is up to you to clean the face after workouts, but once you have, there will be cleaner, fresher looking skin.Generally, exercise increases circulation, providing nutrients for the body and helps prepare the body for a restful nights sleep. There are also links that says it helps to slow down aging. Not bad for something that may be free!
