Hot Flash as the Hallmark of Menopause

Hot flash considered as the hallmark of menopause, is the most common menopausal symptoms in Western societies but less common in non-Western countries. Hot flash is the sudden temporary onset of warmth of the body, sweating and flushing. The frequency and intensity of hot flashes differs greatly from woman to woman.

To reduce menopausal symptoms, have some diets that are high in phytoestrogens like soymilk, miso and other soy products. On the other hand, high-fat, low fiber diets are associated with higher estrogen activity.
