As food allergies affect the skin

When we have food allergies, the body is basically think that the food that we are allergic to damage our body. Then the immune system kicks in and creates antibodies to fight food allergens. The chemicals are what trigger allergic reactions and as affecting the respiratory system, cardiovascular system and gastrointestinal tract, which affects the skin. Hives
Hives is one of the most common allergic skin reactions, and is also known as hives. Hives usually form on any part of the body, but rarely affect the palms and soles of the feet. The problem can be mild or severe, depending on the circumstances.
You will know if you have hives if they are extremely itchy, if you have red, circular lesions that change over time. They can basically be any size, even if they are to make only a few millimeters in length.
